Join renowned forager Diego Bonetto to explore Berrima’s Georgian village and natural surrounds while foraging for wild foods. Bonetto, a forager and passionate advocate of nature conservations. The experience involves a 1.5 hour walk, where you will become more confident in identifying edible herbs, greens, flowers and seed, before enjoying a three course meal created with your foraged funds and local produce from the Highlands.

The experience also includes a guided tasting of Monkey 47 gin, hosted by Alice Newport which includes a tasting of a gin that has never been available in Australia before.

The dining experience will be hosted in the infamous jail cells with food prepared by Executive Chef Tommy Prosser. Each dish will be matched with a special Monkey 47 gin cocktail, again working with the amazing botanicals that are foraged
