Not all Garlic Tastes the same! This two hour tasting and talk lets you experience the wonderful flavours of varieties in the twelve different garlic groups, grown organically by us in Bundanoon, especially those that are not widely grown and eaten in Australia.
You will be tasting from the Creole group, the Artichoke group, the Marbled Purple Stripe, Porcelain and Turban groups, You will try them first raw then as garlic bread, and some oven roasted, so you can consider the flavour highlights and what cuisine may best compliment each group. We will also share growing tips for those of you who want to try growing some of your own!
