Springboard Gallery is proud to present and exhibition title In the Flickering Light by Lily Cummins.
Springboard is a wonderful pop up space given to the BDAS for a period of 8 weeks. It is a collaboration between Springett’s Arcade and the BDAS. It is located at shop 13 next to Athlete’s Foot.
Lily’s exhibition is the second pop up show at Springboard.
In the Flickering Light is a new body of work showcasing her expansion of her art practice into the still life genre. These brightly coloured blooms have been paired with darker, more sombre drawings exploring the soft twilight of memory. Darkness and light co exist: one cannot exist without the other.
Come along to the opening on Tuesday 30 July at 4.30pm.
