Local cooking class teacher and resident, Helen Vlahakis from Mumma’s Country Kitchen, is opening the farm gates to cook a special one-off lunch for 25 people on Sunday 23 February 2020, completely and absolutely paddock to plate style!
The lunch will be 4 courses, main ingredients sourced from the Southern Highlands and will be shared on a long table. Being of Greek heritage, Helen will make sure the meal will also include some favourite dishes that she grew up with!
The cost will be $200 per person which will include local wine, beer and cider! All money, and that means every dollar from ticket sales, will be donated to the NSW RFS in honour of the incredible job they’ve done, and are still doing, in the Southern Highlands.
A tour of the farm is also included in the ticket!
