Under the guiding hands of Amanda from Tile & Error, participants will learn a brief history of mosaics, get a basic understanding and skills for creating mosaics, the mechanics of mosaicking, different tesserae, substrates, adhesives, and grout selection. You will then design, cut, lay and grout tiles to make a small panel (1 day workshop) or a larger circular panel (two day workshop). $210 one day workshop. $320 two day workshop.
