On Repeat- The Art Of Playing With Pattern- Julie Paterson

Renowned textile artist Julie Patterson of CLOTH fame will present a new body of textile work that is not only intended for use in the home but as bold large scale artworks in their own right.  For the first week of the exhibition Julie will create a temporary studio in the space that was the gallery shop, hand making fabric lengths as an extension of her work in the show.  This is a rare chance for gallery visitors to intimately experience Julie’s process and perhaps even act as a studio assistant.
