Join us for a fun and engaging workshop where you will learn new ways focusing on alignment and core stability.
We start with the Progressing Ballet Technique to warm up your body and learn new ways of engaging your correct muscles. This is followed by a ballet class where you can put into practice your newfound skills.
This workshop will be a beginner class for adults where you will learn the basics of Progressing Ballet Technique and Ballet. This class will focus on developing correct use of muscles and technique. It is suitable for not only dancers but people who have had injuries or haven’t trained for a while. This class will help you strengthen your body in a safe, nurturing environment.
Classes are taught by Bonnie Curtis, who is the only Certified Progressing Ballet Technique teacher in the Southern Highlands.
