Recent Works
Following a successful exhibition in Canberra Del Cooley and Caroline Deeble are exhibiting their highly sought after paintings in the Highlands. Both artists are inspired by the landscape, nature and environments. Caroline is an internationally recognized watercolour artist who has recently returned from Europe where she participated and represented Australia in workshops and most recently invited to exhibit alongside international artists for the Buddhism & Multicultural Art Symposium, Art Gallery of NSW.
Del is a local well established oil painter whose atmospheric works are prized for capturing the mood and beauty of the Southern Highlands. In this exhibition Del has included some paintings inspired by her recent trip to Japan. She is known for her large canvases that immerse you in their world, some might say an alternative to “forest bathing”. Both artists share a joy of colour, texture and expressive contemporary interpretations.
