POSTPONED- Shimano Mountain Bike Grand Prix Endurance Race

The Shimano Mountain Bike Grand Prix series may just be the most inclusive series in Australia! From the first time between the tape to racers that have spent a lifetime training for power output, you’ll be covered when you line up at the Rocky Trail start line! Race solo or in teams for 4 or 7 hours alongside Australia’s elites and experienced endurance racers – we’ll put you to the test! Each event is a stand-alone race and you can collect series points too – this is classic cross-country lap racing at its best! – Spectator entry is free and the little shredders will love the fun kids time-trial challenge.

This race will take place at the magnificent Wingello State Forest in the Southern Highlands – if you haven’t raced these trails before you’re in for an mind blowing experience! For all of you who have, you know you can’t miss this one! The race circuit will feature some of the local riders’ favorite trail sections, all surrounding a picturesque forest event centre with beautiful camping spots.

Why not make it a weekend away and explore the Southern Highlands in the autumn sun? The picturesque towns of Wingello, Penrose and Bundanoon are close by with amazing hotels, pubs and experiences to recover from the race and to escape the everyday grind.
