February Cooking Demonstration
Learn how to prepare authentic Italian egg pasta for your parpardelle, lasange, ravioli… and more! Includes a complimentary glass of wine / drink on arrival, winemakers talk and cooking demonstration with the opportunity to participate / interact with the chef. During the class you will enjoy a three course meal with shared entrée and a selection of traditional Italian desserts (vegetarian option available; please mention when booking).

Time: 6pm sharp, however we recommend a 5:45pm arrival
