This special Spring class will provide a range of valuable recipes for delicious dishes and also offers the how and why of lightening the load on your digestive system during a possible three to four week cleanse.
The aim of this Spring cleanse is to:
Root out and as much as possible eliminate chemical additives in your environment, in your food, water and on your body.
Eat three small, delicious wholefood meals a day
Enjoy knowing when you are hungry and when you are satisfied
Eat and drink a diverse range of probiotic fermented foods and drinks
Simplify your diet to lighten the load on your digestive system
Cleanse your liver and digestive system, for better absorption of nutrients
Improve elimination of waste for the best functioning of your digestive tract
In this class Holly will provide a meal plan, seasonal vegetable guide, directions for cleansing
rituals that stimulate digestion, immunity and overall wellness. You will also make and eat delicious, nourishing food.
You will receive a food combining chart, notes and recipes, alongside Holly’s practical and inspiring approach to health and wellness.
The class runs for 4.5 hours from 10am to 2.30pm.
