Journalist, Peter Hartcher – wrote “Treehouse Theatre is how Australia can witness the experiences of the young refugees among us. Australia gives them a new life, and they give back so much in return.”

The Treehouse Theatre program provides a platform for young refugees to share their life stories with friends, family and the wider community through group story telling in a live public theatre performance.

“Treehouse performances gives school students real insight into the lives of refugee students. Showcasing Treehouse performances in wellbeing lessons gives students a deeper understanding of diversity, inclusion and resilience.”
