Learn the process of wine making and how to match wines to your meal. You will also have the opportunity to purchase a bottle of 2 of your own to take home with you.

Langoustine tortellini- langoustine bisque, celeriac, winter truffles, herb oil

Venison tenderloin – port braised red cabbage, blackberry jelly, fried kale
Dessert
Roquefort souffle – red wine poached quince.
