Our architecturally designed luxury villas are highly appointed, while our environmentally friendly off-grid cabins provide cosy comfort.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Refunds will be granted if: You provide notice of your cancellation more than 30 days before your arrival date. ARUNA Estate withdraws any villa or cabin from the ARUNA Estate rental pool for any reason whatsoever (including safety issues), in which case you will receive a full refund without penalty.
Otherwise, cancellations are managed as follows: Bookings cancelled less than 30-14 days prior to your arrival date: full refund if property is resold for the same value less a $50 processing fee charged to you.
Bookings cancelled 7 - 13 days prior to your arrival date: 50% charge.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to your arrival date: No refund available
A date change is permissible on a case by case basis and is at our sole discretion. A date change within 14 days of arrival will not be permitted.
If booked via a third-party booking website the cancellation policy of the third-party website will apply without exception. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy that applies to your booking.
Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s timeframe, if the guest has paid for their booking via credit card, the guest will receive their set refund minus processing fees.
