The hall was originally a two storey Queen Anne style building constructed for the School of Arts in 1884.
Our new versatile space was designed to accommodate unique and tailored events for all occasions.
Bonds:
Refundable bond and key deposit for events without alcohol $500.00
Refundable bond and key deposit for events with alcohol $1,000.00
Refundable High Risk bond and key deposit for events with alcohol - General Manger discretion (Events with continuous service of alcohol or event > 4 hours) $2,000.00
Audio and visual bond $2,000.00
Keys/ Access Device includes MLAK key:
Key / Access Device Replacement of and or additional keys for Council facilities $50.00 per key
Key / Access Device Deposit refundable when key is returned $55.00 per viewing
Key / Access Device Call-out $180.00 per call out
Damages:
Damages to rooms and/or equipment Costs plus 10%
Administration:
Change of Date $35.00 per date
Cancellation - More than four weeks prior to booking All fees paid are refunded
Cancellation - Less than four weeks prior to booking 50% of room hire is forfeited
Cancellation - Less than two weeks prior to booking 100% of room hire is forfeited
