Ethos restaurant was launched by acclaimed chef Jason Hughes. It emerged from the desire to return to grass roots community-based cooking and a fresh approach to dining, focusing on local, seasonal, ethical and sustainable produce. Ethos at Links House is an intimate space filled with atmosphere, flowers from our garden and beautiful views across the Bowral Golf course.
Chef Jason Hughes launched Ethos at Links House in 2019 with a fine dining menu driven by sustainable local produce. Complimented by an intimate dining room and a boutique hotel fresh from a recent sophisticated makeover, Ethos is a dining experience for hotel guests, and incomers alike. Enjoy an aperitif with a small party in the adjoining bar before choosing from a seasonal a la carte menu or book a private dinner for a close-knit group of friend or wedding party. Links House Hotel offers the ideal conference venue to entice flow of creativity and team spirit. Bordered by the garden on one side and a private courtyard on the other, our conference room has the perfect surroundings for meeting break-outs and pre-dinner canapés in the hotel’s intimate sitting rooms and beautiful gardens and courtyards.
We can accommodate day groups of up to 40 or full residential accommodation facilities for up to 19 participants. You can book the entire hotel for exclusive conferences, packages and retreats.
