The founder of Game On Enterprises originally ran bush cooking, camping and harvesting tours in the Australian bush. Over the years, as the group got larger and more people started becoming active in the business, the mention of creating a game meat rub and cooking products along with an already expanding business the GAME ON RUB ‘King of Meats’ was created along with merchandise and products.
Bush cooking/camping tours are still a big part of the company, but our range of products are now sold in retail venues, at BBQ Events and Masterclasses that are held across the state.
Our staff are all talented in their own fields – everything from harvesting food from the bush, teaching camping skills, finding and stalking animals, food preparation and learning to cook gourmet meals from humble ingredients.
For our more advanced cooks, we have Masterclasses that will teach you how to breakdown carcasses, prepare and cut and use different techniques of cooking, and everything from cooking in a camp oven, over fire, BBQ, smokers and commercial kitchens.
