In 2011, we traded city life for the lush countryside of Bowral in the Southern Highlands, seeking to raise our children by principles of sustainable living.
What began as a few backyard hives to pollinate our vege patch soon revealed a honey harvest with depth and complexity. By 2015 our hand harvested honey was winning at the prestigious Sydney Royal Honey Show. From farmers markets to now being the most awarded small batch producer in Australia – we have evolved into a brand synonymous with innovative flavours which allow you to create barista quality lattes’ at home.
We most recently, won Gold and Silver at Sydney’s Royal Fine Food Award 2025 for Glowbee, our new spiced honey wellness drinks. Our bespoke range is available online with local pickup.
