Waste Reduction Workshops – Reducing and Reusing Waste in the Garden

Come join us for a number of free waste reduction workshops!

On the lead up to Clean Up Australia Day, Wingecarribee Shire Council’s Waste Education Officer will be hosting several waste reduction workshops. Clean Up Australia Day is as much about preventing waste and rubbish polluting our environment, as it is removing it.

Are you an avid gardener or looking to improve your composting skills? Do you need some extra tips on worm farming and how to use food and garden waste effectively?

Come join us for a workshop focused on reducing and reusing waste in the garden, with a special guest appearance from a local community garden expert! This is a great opportunity to learn the lifecycle of food scraps, composting, worm farming and veggie gardens.
