Our wine is made using our own fruit on the Estate and is an expression of our region.
As a small, family operated vineyard family members are intimately involved in our wine making process. Our hands-on approach allows for greater attention to detail and quality control. We only hand-pick at harvest selecting on the ripest and healthiest grapes. We produce limited quantities of artisanal wines that reflect the unique character of our vineyard. Our wine bottle isn’t just a label it is a window into our family vineyard with every label telling our story. Sondara Estate has been operational since 1991. Due to the regions cold climate the Estate is traditionally known for the production of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Rosé.
