Ethical Farming & Sustainability
Mussett Holdings Farm is located in the beautiful Southern Highlands focused on sustainability and regeneration. We are completely off-grid with no mains connection, using wind and solar for all our energy needs.
We started the farm in 2016 to show our kids where their food comes from. We also wanted to create a sustainable and regenerative farm focused on doing the right thing for the environment, the animals, our family and the community, producing fresh and nutrient rich food.
Looking for a real, hands on farm experience? A fun activity with the kids? Or learn about sustainability and off-grid living? We have you covered!!
We offer a range of farm experiences that are both fun and educational.
You’ll get a chance to:
- Learn about our farm and what we do
- Taste a range of our raw honeys
- Take a walk through our chemical free / no till market garden, and learn and taste a range of veggies
- Label, pack and stamp some eggs just like we do
- See how our mushrooms grow
- Meet some chickens, our maremma dogs, goats and jersey cows.
All this in a 90min experience on the farm.
Our tours are tailored to each group.
*Please note that there are no toilet facilities on site (only trees).
