Annual Koori Flagraising and Mirror Flash to Katoomba

Join us for a celebration of the Culture and Community
of the Gundungurra People

We communicate across Gundungurra country to community
at Katoomba in the Blue Mountains via mirror flash without the
aid of modern technology.

Enjoy a short bushwalk up Gibbergunyah hill, then participate in culture
including Smoking Ceremony, Dance, Poetry and Learning.
After Mirror Flash there will be an opportunity for yarning and stories.

Where: Meet at the small carpark at Gibbergunyah Reserve,
Boronia St, Bowral. Please gather from 1pm and we will walk up
together at 1.30pm sharp. If late, follow the trail up to Gibbergunyah.
There will be a bus at 1.30pm for those unable to manage the walk.
