Race Day 2024 – Friday 22nd November

The meeting is a six race programme conducted at “Wyeera” Racecourse, 460 Kangaloon Road, east of Bowral. 
10am Gates open

12 noon Opening Ceremony

1.10 pm First race app. 

5.00 pm Last race app.

Bookmakers operate at the meeting. The meeting is not covered by the TAB. 

There will be ATM facilities on site.

Two liquor bars are in operation with EFTPOS facilities. All liquor must be purchased from these bars. Due to licencing requirements no other liquor may be brought onto the course and will be confiscated by Security. Copy of Liquor Licence can be downloaded here! 

Limited catering is available in the form of BBQ stalls, coffee stand, Will the Dumpling Man, but many members and guests choose to bring their own picnic baskets. 

There are no facilities for small children. The Club does not discourage their attendance but our liquor licencense states that parents and/or guardians must supervise them at all times during the day.

If you have not reserved a boot picnic space or will be in a marquee, we recommend you bring some seating and possibly a table and chairs.

Note: Entry to the Bong Bong Picnic Races is restricted to members and invited guests.

Encoded wrist bands must be purchased in advance and worn to gain entry to the property.
