Celebrity Portrait Reveal

The moment you have all been waiting for is on again.

Now all you have to do is book a ticket. For those new to the BDAS (Bowral & District Art Society) we are referring to The Celebrity Portrait Reveal 2026.

This is a great day out and our annual gala fund-raiser. 

All money raised goes back to the Bowral Art Gallery. The event is held at Centennial Vineyards Restaurant, so you know the food will be great, the venue gorgeous and there is a terrific line up of special guests.

For 2026 we are fortunate to have Australian comedian, writer and broadcaster Craig Reucassel. Our highly respected portrait artists chosen to paint Craig are Callum Worsford, Anne-France Fulgence, Wayne Davis and Linda Gold. What a fabulous line up.

Guests will be served canapes and a glass of wine on arrival in the beautiful Centennial Vineyards Restaurant courtyard. On offer will be a host of wonderful items in the silent auction ranging from beautiful holidays, unique dining experiences, artworks and so much more. Following the lunch service, Craig will be in conversation with Ben Quilty, Bowral Art Gallery Patron. The completed portraits are displayed and guests are encouraged to select The People’s Choice. Craig will have a chance to chat about the works with the four artists and have the opportunity to select his favourite one to keep.
