On the menu Chef Matty will be firing up his three custom Pig & Pilgrim Portico Parrilla grills and campfire grill, serving up smoky, flame-kissed dishes all afternoon. This weekend’s highlight? Short ribs infused with the rich flavour of Pilgrim Dark Ale, cooked low and slow over the coals. To celebrate the launch, every guest will be welcomed with a complimentary Pig and Pilgrim Beer on arrival.
