For one night only, we’re bringing the flavour and energy of Jimmy Nardello to Bowral – setting the table at Hearth by Moonacres, inside the stunning Ngununggula Regional Gallery.

Jimmy’s known for relaxed, generous dinners that lean into the best of what’s in season, all cooked with an Italian grandmotherness, instinct and joy. It’s the kind of meal that starts with a simple anchovy toast and ends with chocolate and laughter, shared between friends and strangers alike.

This pop up is about more than just dinner – it’s about imagining what after-dark dining could look like in Bowral. The gallery doors will stay open late, the space will glow with winter light and the plates will keep coming.
