We are pleased to let you know that our 2024 Long Table Truffle Lunch will be held on Friday 9th August 2024. David Lee and his team from Sydney & Bowral Private Chef will again be preparing the gastronomic feast. The all inclusive menu for the feast is below, and includes premium wines from some of the Southern Highlands best vineyards.
- Crusty Sour dough with truffle butter and local olive oil.
- Potato and celeriac soup with Truffle (individual)
- Pasta– Hand made fettuccine with fontina, parmesan, and truffle butter, shaved fresh black truffle
- Mains – Grilled duck breast, prosciutto, truffle jus
- and
- Fillet of beef, black truffle jus
- Potato gratin chestnut and cavolo nero, truffle bake
- Mixed winter greens
- Dessert – Tartufo di cioccolato, clotted cream, preserved cherries
