The Bowral Art Gallery Members Exhibition.
This is a wonderful annual exhibition by talented and enthusiastic members. There are a variety of themes, styles and varied approaches to art making on show.
The Bowral Art Gallery which is part of the Bowral & District Art Society, or BDAS has grown from small beginnings to become a thriving centre for the arts in the Southern Highlands. With over 560 members, The BDAS is recognised as one of the leading not-for-profit Societies in NSW. It is a community based society that facilitates artists and budding artists to exhibit their work in our gallery and to attend classes in the three well equipped studios.
Over 30 exhibitions are held continuously throughout the year, featuring drawing, painting, mixed media, printmaking, sculpture, photography, children’s art and silver smithing.
The BDAS run a terrific variety of both weekend workshops and term classes by experienced practicing artists ready to empower and motivate.
Come along and see the show. You may be inspired to take up a class or two yourself.
Exhibition opening with the members is Friday 16 January at 6pm.
Exhibition dates: 17th January to 1st February 2026
Gallery hours: 10am to 4pm daily
