Whether you’re living with post-trauma stress, PTSD or CPTSD, this program offers real tools, expert guidance, and a compassionate environment for healing.

Grounded in leading research on neuroplasticity and epigenetics, Moving Beyond Trauma provides a safe space to process, release and move forward from past trauma with understanding and support. People often report feeling more emotionally balanced and in control of their lives — and those benefits continue to grow over time.
