Learn about local mushroom species that grow on the pine forests of the Southern Highlands- Slippery Jacks and Saffron Milk Caps – and receive our take home guide. After you harvest your mushrooms we enjoy a cook up in the forest where you learn how to prepare as well as taste our pine mushroom species with fresh local sour dough and enjoy a cool climate wine tasting. Make new friends and try some of the great local pinots in our region. It’s a wonderful day out.

Self-Drive meeting our local forager at the Penrose State Forest, Southern Highlands
Tour times 10am or 1.30pm.
Cost is $105 per person.
Groups will be between 10 – 24 guests
Please bring own water bottle, warm jacket, camera and container to take home any extras mushrooms!
