Peter Campbell at Music Cafe in Robertson

CTC Robertson is very pleased to announce that local singer/songwriter ​Peter Campbell is coming back to perform his infectious indie folk at Music Café on Saturday 13 April 2024 at 2pm.
Playing 6/12 string guitars and banjo, Pete’s music has been an ongoing exploration of his political and environmental concerns alongside the bitter-sweet matters of the human heart.
In the words of his own song Pete has willingly carried a Burden of Hope for nearly 60 years. Over 15 years of writing, performing, and travelling as a solo artist, he has evolved an authentic and distinctive voice, charged with honesty, activism, human emotion, humour and personal politics.
In the troubled world we live in, Pete’s music cuts through with his deeply human cries for family, compassion and connection alongside heartfelt reflections from lived experience – strong music with a beating heart.
Music Café is a relaxed space to listen to talented local musicians. Grab a drink and a snack from the cafe while enjoying Pete’s exhilarating music! The Cafe opens at 1.30pm and the performance runs from 2pm to 4pm with a short break in the middle.
