Think local food, wine, and good vibes among the vines.
There’s a new way to spend your Sundays in the Southern Highlands.
Dawning Day Wines, a family-owned, local winery in Exeter has launched its Summer Sunday Sessions: relaxed, family-friendly afternoons among the vines, held on the first Sunday of every month at the Dawning Day Cellar Door.
Expect all the good things that make Summer special: Dawning Day wines, and that unmistakable laid-back vineyard atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with friends with a glass of wine and soak up the sunshine, all while supporting local producers and hospitality in the Highlands.
The cellar door pours from 11am to 5.30pm, with food served from 11am to 3pm. With stunning vineyard views and plenty of open space, it’s as family-friendly as it is wine-lover-approved.
“We wanted to create something for locals and visitors alike. Good wine, good food, good company, that’s what it’s all about.”
Whether you’re a local looking for a laid-back afternoon or a day-tripper exploring the Highlands, Summer Sunday Sessions are your excuse to slow down, sip something delicious and make the most of Summer.
