Two Day Visit to Southern Highlands Country Gardens – Postponed until April 2023

Visit outstanding town and country private gardens in Moss Vale and Bowral districts on this spectacular two day adventure hosted by the National Trust Women’s Committee.

Visiting no fewer than nine much loved cool climate gardens of great diversity and charm located in the Moss Vale and Bowral districts. Postponed from last spring, this exclusive visit takes in some gardens never before opened to visitors, as well as a special visit to the Artist studio at ”Jean Flora”.

Meet us there, or hop aboard an all-inclusive Coach Journey (tickets limited) down to the Southern Highlands. No matter how you join us, a spectacular spring garden adventure awaits you.

Itinerary
Two Day Visit – Standard:
Thursday 13 October – Visit gardens in the Moss Vale area
Thursday 13 October – Evening drinks party at Retford Park, Bowral from 5.30pm – optional, additional cost
Friday 14 October – Visit gardens in the Bowral area

Two Day Visit – Coach Journey:
Thursday 13 October – Depart from main concourse of Central Station at 8am (Country Trains)
Thursday 13 October – Visit gardens in the Moss Vale area
Thursday 13 October – Lunch at Christ Church, Moss Vale
Thursday 13 October – Evening drinks party at Retford Park, Bowral from 5.30pm
Thursday 13 October – Dinner at Dormie House, Bowral
Thursday 13 October – Overnight stay at the Mittagong Motel, Mittagong
Friday 14 October – Visit gardens in the Bowral area
Friday 14 October – Lunch at Harper’s Mansion, Berrima
Friday 14 October – Return to Central Station at 6pm

Garden visits run from 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm both days.

Please note: Uneven terrain may be experienced. Suitable for sure footed persons only.
