Wingecarribee Prize for Landscape Art

The annual landscape prize exhibition is one of our most popular exhibitions on the BDAS calendar. Without fail, this is an outstanding exhibition of high quality and varied works. Finalist artworks are from both local and interstate area.
 
The exhibition is proudly sponsored by Wingecarribee Shire Council. A representative from council along with Bowral Art Gallery President, Cath Brennan, will announce the prize winning artists at the official opening on Friday 6 March at 6pm. First prize $5000 and second prize is $1000. Prize money is kindly sponsored by Wingecarribee Shire Council
The judge for 2026 is award winning local artist, Robyn Kinsela and curator Kim Shannon. Robyn will have the challenging task of selecting the finalists and prize winners.
Visitors to the exhibition will have the opportunity to select their People’s Choice Award which has been kindly donated by Bowral Art Gallery.
Come and see the work for yourself and see if you agree with the judge’s decision. Remember to cast your People’s Choice vote.
