Peppers Craigieburn

Craigieburn was originally built in 1887 as a private country homestead and operated as a grazing property until 1909. The Property was sold and re-established as a country retreat and guest house and maintained an enviable reputation as one of the Southern Highlands premiere guest houses with families returning each year from first to third generations. Many famous guests have visited over the years, but of course Craigieburn remains discreet.

Reflecting the style and elegance of the original Craigieburn, a transformation of the interiors with stylish modern décor and artworks ensures Craigieburn will retain its reputation as one of the Southern Highlands premiere venues for leisure stays, conferencing, weddings and retreats.

The 36 hectare country estate boasts its own private 9 hole golf course for exclusive guest use and new guest facilities a gymnasium, billiards room and an Endota Spa.

The conference room facilities and function room upgrades include a choice of two rooms with natural light and French doors opening onto landscaped gardens and terraces. A third room is ideal as a secretariat room, breakout space or use as a private dining or boardroom. An internal undercover courtyard provides one of the many unique spaces for conference or guest use.

A new dining experience awaits you at Peppers Craigieburn. The recently retired Montforts Dining Room has now reopened as the modern, yet traditionally refurbished Hickorys Restaurant and Bar with views overlooking the original 9 hole golf course. Our new relaxed atmosphere and local produce inspired menu promises something for everyones taste. Try our signature Hickory Smoked Red Leaf Farm Brisket.
