Merrigangs has been established to offer an innovative experience that goes against the normal with drinks for locals and visitors to enjoy, whilst being welcomed with a smile and a vibe that will relax your soul.
Based in the historic Mill complex – originally built in 1885 and recently redeveloped into an exciting destination for food and drink – the Mill also has food from Ms Pho Canteen (Vietnamese), Veggie Nook (vegetarian) and Black Sheep (smoked meats).
Merrigangs will showcase a vast selection of local and state talent with our re-occurring live music night, Friyay. Friyay is held at The Mill courtyard hosted by Merrigangs on the first Friday of every month for all ages to enjoy a night out in the quiet town of Bowral.
Merrigangs has some very big future plans for this beautiful location with so many more interactive opportunities for the Southern Highlands and surrounds community to be immersed in.
