Horderns Fine Dining Room is Milton Park’s signature a la carte restaurant. With rich fabrics, intimate lighting and superb cuisine, it is a dining experience not to be missed.
The passionate Executive Chef, Mark Holland and his team weave their magic serving a range from devonshire and high tea, conferences, intimate a la carte dining to grand wedding feasts. With a passion for local seasonal produce, we’ve cultivated a unique culinary experience that resonates with our guests.
Breakfast – Option of Continental or Buffet breakfast served from 7am to 10am in the Orangerie or Conservatory.
Lunch – Hordens Restaurant serves lunch daily from 11:30am, latest sitting for arrival at 2:30pm. Option for more relaxed fireside seating. (Special Offer Monday to Friday 2 courses $60, 3 courses $82)
Dinner – Hordens Restaurant serves a la carte dinner daily from 5pm on, latest sitting for arrival 8:30pm (7:30pm on Sunday) Bookings preferred, Bookings essential for groups of 8 people or more – enquire about set menu options for groups.
High Tea – Available in Hordens Restaurant or in front of the fireplace, options include with tea & coffee, local Centennial sparkling wine, Tattinger champagne, or kids high tea (under 12yrs).
BAR
The elegant Polo Bar is the perfect place to begin or wind down an evening. The Polo Bar offers an extensive selection of cocktails, imported beers, deluxe spirits, single malts, fine ports & aged cognacs, as well as both local and imported glass wines and of course, Champagne.
Beyond the Bar you will find the Billiard Room which overlooks the Guest Courtyard and Bronze Chiming Fountain, and open fireplaces in the lounge room and library.
Bar Menu – Causal dining menu is available in Polo Bar between midday to 8:30pm.
Bar – Open Daily from 12 noon – 10pm.

Open early spring each year today the garden is considered by many to be the greatest garden in Australia, Milton Park includes about 10,000 trees, rare varieties of shrubs and plants, a forest of 5,000 Cypresses & Pines, at least 200,000 Bulbs accompanied by 100,000 forget-me-nots, more than 100 Maples & rare Rhododendrons, over 50 Camellia, nearly 2,000 metres of Box hedging, 400 Rose Bushes, an Avenue of 40 Giant Elms and at every turn and vista, individual specimens of rarity, splendour and historic interest.
