Option 1: Booking your tickets online.
Visit the Ticketmaster Tulip Time event page and simply select the date you wish to visit. Add your number of passenger tickets (must be over 20).
Coach groups have the opportunity to add 2 complimentary tickets for a driver and guide at the time of booking. Simply add the 2 complimentary tickets on the same screen as the passenger tickets and proceed to checkout.
You must enter your card details, as payment is taken at the time of booking online.
Option 2: Reserve now and pay later.
To book for coaches and groups of 20+email groups@ticketmaster.com.au and the team will send you a booking request with all the details they require to hold tickets for your group.
Once you have made your booking with the Ticketmaster team an email outlining all of the details will be sent to the email address that you have provided, including the payment due date – Mon 28th Aug 2023.
Please note, once payment has been completed, tickets are non-refundable and non-amendable.
Organised groups of 20 people or more arriving by bus or coach are eligible for discounted tickets and are provided with a designated entry point to Corbett Gardens adjacent to the drop off/pick up zone for coaches/buses.

The CWA Rooms located in Corbett Gardens cater to large groups with their home-made scones and sandwiches. Bookings can be made by sending an email to: bowralcwa@gmail.com
EXPRESS CHECKIN OPTION
This year, for the first time, we’re offering an express check-in opportunity for coaches at the Southern Highlands Visitor Information Centre, 62-72 Main St, Mittagong.
Your pre-purchased tickets will be scanned on arrival and the guide/driver will be given wristbands for the passengers for entry at the coach entry at Corbett Gardens in Bowral.
There’s plenty of off-street parking at the Southern Highlands Visitor Information Centre, in Mittagong, so drop in and take advantage of express check-in for quick and fuss-free entry into Tulip Time.
If you would like to take advantage of the express check-in, you will need to give our team a call on (02) 4871 2888 before Monday 11 of September 2023, to let them know your arrival details – this way, we’ll have everything ready for you on the day.
Coach entry:
Entry is via Merrigang Street as usual. Please pull up outside and wait for a team member to come on board to scan tickets and stamp visitors’ hands before they enter through the special coach entrance.
If you’ve already done express check-in at the Mittagong Visitor Information Centre, there won’t be a need to wait at all!
