DEADLINE FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
FOR COMMUNITY STALLS CLOSES ON MONDAY 7 AUGUST 2023
This year Tulip Time is giving Wingecarribee Shire community organisations and registered not-for-profit groups the opportunity to participate as a stallholder at Tulip Time 2023.
Market Stalls will be offered at a minimal cost per day, and this unique initiative provides multiple opportunities, including:
- Fund raising
- Community engagement
- Promoting organisational community awareness
Organisations/groups will be welcome to sell homemade food and products, goods, arts and craft items, etc.
Tulip Time will provide a 3mtr x 3mtr marquee with light and power, plus one trestle table and 1 chair.
Cost Per Day
- $100 per day – Non Food Handling (+ gst)
- $137.50 per day – Food Handling (+gst)

- Friday 22 September
- Monday 25 September
- Tuesday 26 September
- Wednesday 27 September
- Thursday 28 September
- Friday 29 September
Nb: Tulip Time opening hours are 9:30am to 4:30pm daily
Requirements
- No cash allowed on-site
- Staff to bump-in and be open between 9:30am and 4:30pm
- Staff to attend the stall for the duration of your booking
- Bump out once the booking has concluded
Insurance and WHS
- Proof of charity – certificate of registration
- Public Liability Insurance certificate of currency (Minimum of $20,000,000)
- Food handling certificates (if hosting a food stall)
- ABN documentation
- GST registration documentation
