All cottages have stunning views over the lake, paddocks and rolling hills.

Individually designed, each cottage is an oasis of elegant upholstered furniture, bespoke wallpapers and artwork.

Bathrooms feature exquisite tapware, marble vanities, heated hand-made floor tiles and deep free-standing baths.

The spacious two-bedroom and three-bedroom cottages are self-contained with fully equipped kitchens, separate living areas with wood fireplaces, and every deluxe feature you would expect from five-star rural accommodation.

The light-filled one-bedroom cottages are more intimate and feature petite kitchenettes only.

    Our full Terms and Conditions are available to review on our website prior to booking. Bookings can be secured at Bendooley Estate Accommodation or by contacting our accommodation team on 02 4868 8700 or 0427 318 007. At the time of booking, a reservation fee equal to 50% of the booking tariff must be paid by credit card. The balance of the booking tariff will be debited to your credit card 31 days prior to your check-in date. A booking is confirmed only after payment of this balance. Credit card surcharges apply and will be disclosed at the time of booking. When you arrive, please make your way to Reception, located 25 metres to the right of the main entrance. Guest parking is available beside the “Bendooley Cottages” sign. Bendooley Estate Cottages are keyless entry. A text message with your personal keypad access code and cottage name will be sent to the mobile number listed on your booking. Any additional charges incurred during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file. Rates for extra guests are charged per our pricing schedule, and occupancy is limited to the cottage’s capacity. Our cottages are for on-site guests only. Parties and loud or unruly gatherings are strictly prohibited. Penalties apply. Bendooley Estate is a working farm. The property features pipes, bores, sheds, fences, vegetation, unfenced dams, and livestock. You and your guests agree to exercise the utmost care to remain safe and well clear of such hazards. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by you or your guests during your stay. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and indemnify Bendooley Estate from any losses arising out of your booking or stay.
