TRUFFLE SEASON 2023
The Black Perigord Truffle season is happening again this Winter. The conditions this summer have been much more favourable than the drought and unseasonable rains experienced in 2021 and 2022. With the right balance of rain and sunshine, we have high hopes for a successful truffle harvest this year. Our product is of the highest standard, with exceptional aroma and gastronomic qualities.
