The Southern Highlands’ signature cool climate Pinot wines have been married up with the region’s signature Pies to create a unique series of Pie & Pinot experiences, and this popular Pie Time experience is back this year with more delicious options.

Moonacres Bespoke Cheesy Toastie
We’ve teamed up with Moonacres in Robertson to devise a bespoke cheesy pie to be served at Moonacres & Cheese etc. as a dish in the form of a PIE TIME edition toastie, served at both venues with a glass of local Artemis Pinot Noir. This will be available on weekends as a special edition to our menu throughout June.

Moonacres Bespoke Cheesy Beef Pie
The Pie & Pinot experience is a collaboration between Moonacres Kitchen and Cheese etc.
Moonacres will be making pies using our parmesan cheese pastry and filling them with beef, sourced from Jamberoo Mountain Farm and mixing it with Cheese etc. three cheese toasty mixture. We’ll serve them with salad and a glass of wine.

Celebrate Pie Time in the Southern Highlands with PepperGreen Estate. Enjoy a hosted sample wine tasting experience in our beautiful private experience room. Your host will introduce you to a sensory journey of our premium award-winning cool-climate wines. Four wines personally selected by our Cellar Door Manager are included in the tasting. Dine on our stunning duck and shiitake mushroom with ginger shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil Asian master stock Pithivier to complete the experience.
